"Oh we're live!" Zoey's eyes flick up to the camera, her smile widening and both hands coming up to wave vigorously.
The chat explodes in greetings.
Rumi remains close to the camera, her brows furrowed together. "How do you know we're live?"
Zoey gestures at something off screen, "Because I hit that," and then she points over to something in the corner that makes Rumi visibly balk. "And because everyone is saying hi."
Rumi blinks slowly, "That's moving very fast."
Zoey lets out a laugh that is equal parts fond as it is amused. She reaches across Rumi for the mouse, faint clicking audible before she's addressing the chat. "Guys, baby's first stream! How do we feel?"
Or, Five times polytrix is almost outed on Rumi's stream and the slow descent into total freedom

After Gwi-Ma is sealed away, the new Honmoon blanketing the city in its protective embrace, the only thing Rumi wants to do is sleep.
Her body aches, her vision blurs, and her head throbs with the pain of a headache long ignored. The moment Mira and Zoey usher her offstage, away from the hundreds of thousands of fans, the adrenaline leaves her as fast as it came. She sags backward, stumbling over nothing but her exhaustion, and for a moment, she thinks that hitting the floor would be a welcome sensation.

The girls get Rumi home after the events of the Idol Awards, and then they have to deal with all of the shattered glass they had sung about.

Mira had a thing about control. Notably, needing to have it at all times. And, sure, being all bossy and in charge every day might be devastatingly attractive, but it had to be stressful, too. Obviously it’d be better for Mira to give up the reins and let her girlfriends fuck her senseless every now and again, right? It was therapeutic, probably. So, really, Zoey was actually doing a good deed tonight. Pretty much on par with saving the whole world from the demon apocalypse, actually. No big deal—Zoey’s just noble like that.

Summary
Rumi considered it—she normally gave in quickly—but the way she’d looked at her before she kissed her neck, and the way she’d reacted to Rumi threatening to leave and finish herself off, was echoing around her brain. She was forming a theory, and she needed to test it.
She hooked a finger under Mira’s choker, pressing her knuckle gently against her throat, and tugged. She felt more than heard the way it made Mira’s breath hitch. She did it again, and this time Mira’s nails dug in deeper involuntarily.
Which was a very interesting reaction.
While Zoey's away Mira learns something new about Rumi.

Summary
Mira has been going over each little thing for the past week. Meticulously turning them over in her mind, replaying events in her head until she’s sick from remembering. It’s something like a punishment. A constant reminder of all the ways she fucked up; hardly feels like enough atonement after hearing everything that Rumi has gone through her entire life.
Rumi stops being able to sing. Rumi starts completely shutting down, worse than either of them have ever seen. Rumi starts pulling away. There are nights where Mira swears Rumi isn’t in her room, but she can’t prove it. Rumi starts obsessively wearing layers—turtlenecks paired up with jackets and compression shirts underneath all of that. Rumi starts being strangely combative and harsh. Rumi snaps at her in a way that is completely uncharacteristic for her. Rumi won’t sing their song, even with the world caving in around them, as if she wouldn’t mind if the world did end.
Mira hasn’t stopped feeling guilty.

“We could probably ask for a pullout bed,” Rumi offers, fingers twisting in the fabric of her shirt. “I could, I mean, I could ask. It wouldn’t be a big deal.”
“I could ask!” Zoey chimes in, before worrying her lower lip. “...They looked pretty busy, though, down there… I can’t believe the entire hotel got booked out before we even got here.”
Mira finishes checking under the doorknob for cameras and then straightens up, hands on her hips. “Someone other than Zoey should do it, or she’ll chicken out.” She walks the rest of the way into the bedroom, coming to a stop at the foot of the bed, where Rumi and Zoey are both stood, surveying the situation. “I can go, if you want me to, Rumi. I get if you don’t want to share a bed with us.”
Rumi really wishes she wouldn’t have worded it like that.

Summary
Rumi had learned a long time ago that her body was… more resilient than the average human. She wasn't invincible. Her body still bent and broke and popped and bled in an irritatingly human way sometimes. However she tended to heal at a supernatural rate. A broken arm healed in a matter of minutes. A gash closed over in a handful of seconds. The honmoon helped to speed up the healing of its hunters, but not to this level. Not to this extreme.
Still, the first time Rumi gets hit by a bus she is immensely grateful that 1) it is her and not one of her girls that was hit, 2) her demon healing has already started to repair her snapped spine as she careens through the air and 3) that Zoey and Mira are still in the alley way and won't have to watch this happen.
