    Sitting on the edge of the bed, Vox gently cupped Shou's cheek. His thumb carefully brushed over those dark eyelashes. "Shou, my love." His voice was soft, warm, and quiet. In response Shou turned his head, lips pressing to Vox's palm as he hummed. "Hi, sweetie." Vox chuckled, "I need you to wake up a bit more."
    Dark blue, nearly black, eyes slowly cracked open, still glazed with sleep and lids heavy. "Hi" Shoto mumbled, as Vox began petting him, those long fingers running through his hair feeling nice.
