Summary
There is something to be said for an ill timed death, magical exhaustion, and traveling back in time for how it affects one's speech. Harry Potter just wasn't really prepared to have all three happen to him at once. Suddenly he finds himself back in time roughly 3 years from when the first wizarding war ended and surrounded by a gaggle of freshly graduated Marauders.
Worse still is when between trying to explain who he was fighting and who he was, it sounds like he's introducing himself as Harry Potter Riddle.

Summary
Harry’s interest in Tom is purely professional. He’d make an interesting character in one of his future books, that’s all, and Tom certainly doesn’t seem to feel anything for Harry outside of mild annoyance.
And if neither have met their soulmates by now, what are the odds that they'd find their match at Borgin & Burkes, of all places?

Harry plots a plan of escape, though he knows that he'll have to accept the full force of Voldemort's obsession if he ever wants to see daylight again. Even if it means a dent in his ego.
Little did he know that Voldemort was already on the edge and that the Order had yet to give up or give in.
