Nagito shifted under the covers. "Do you know René Descartes?"
“I guess.” Hajime furrowed his brows. “Cogito ergo sum.”
“Yes, cogito ergo sum.” Nagito echoed, “It’s a philosophical concept he reached by locking himself up in a room away from all distractions from society. Traditions, customs, obscurantism. His goal was to start from zero. Rebuild his whole philosophy from what he knew to be real. That’s where his first conclusion came from. I think therefore I am.”
“So... you’re changing your philosophy, then? What’s your new take on hope and despair?”
“I don’t know, Hinata-kun...” Nagito smothered himself with his own pillow. “So far, I’ve just been sleeping.”
After the Neo World Program, Nagito Komaeda poses as a philosopher by drowning in guilt and painkillers and locking himself up in a room until everyone hopefully forgets about his miserable existence. Unfortunately for him, Hajime Hinata doesn't mind playing philosopher with him and clearly plans on doing something about his state.

Summary
Homebrew Coffee and Games is the one place in the world that Hinata feels most comfortable; he gets to work a pretty easy job on the coffee side of the shop during the day, and at night gets to go right next door and play Dungeons and Dragons with his best friend. But that comfort starts to slip away when he suspects that he might be getting stalked by one of the coffee shop regulars, who has started showing up on both sides of Homebrew right when Hinata happens to be there.

Summary
Even though they only just met, Hajime and Nagito seem to understand each other better than anybody.
Hajime keeps finding himself drawn back to him, chasing a feeling he doesn’t quite understand and telling himself he should know better than to follow it. Yet, every time he gets close enough to finally understand what that feeling might be, Nagito is already stepping out of reach.
But even as Nagito keeps pushing him away, Hajime isn’t the type to give up so easily.

Hajime groaned, dragging a hand down his face. He wasn't sure which was worse: the endless drive, or the fact that Nagito Komaeda was technically making sense.
