Summary
Caine followed Lucifer into his decent to hell since he did not agree with their treatment of him. It made no sense why he was punished for who he chose to love. Besides if he was honest he had long ago grown dissatisfied with things that went on in heaven. While hell wasn't a place he ever thought he would be and left lasting changes upon him he never regretted following Lucifer and supporting him. Over time taking his place as an overlord and making a name for himself that was associated with death and ruin. Mostly keeping to himself but he had a few alliances Zestial being one of them. When there are rumors about a new rising talent among the overlords he doesn't think much of it. But Carmilla will not only change his life but also Zestial's as well.

Aviva has lived a rather transient life since she was always as wild as the wind and could never be contained. She wanted to see everything and never really had an inclination to settle down in just one place. As a druid she sought to understand and help nature along with the plants and animals that lived within it. She was also a ranger and a sword for hire if there was enough coin involved. When she first hears about the taint she seeks to get a closer look in the hopes she might be able to cure it. After seeing the destruction the darkspawn aim to spread she decides to join the wardens in the fight. The daughter of nature herself she has plenty of tricks up her sleeve. But nothing could prepare her for the fight to come and just how dark the days ahead will become.

When she went through the eluvian it was supposed to take her to somewhere new so she could start again. Instead she finds herself back in time and facing someone she did not think she would ever see again. Since she was the one to kill her at Morrigan's behest. Now Flemeth has an offer for her and it might just be too tempting for her to turn down. Especially since it's a chance to do everything all over and maybe do it right this time. Then again knowing her record it might just go wrong once more. Only time will tell. Still she can't help but wonder if Flemeth has her own reasons for being helpful and just how high of a price she might have to pay in return.

Flemeth knows that she can't count on Morrigan to continue her legacy and that she will have to find someone to be her protege for the days to come. So it seems like the stars align when she sees a fallen warrior and rogue just outside of Ostagar and thinks to herself these two might be just what she needs. Sometimes people need a bit of a nudge in order for them to do your bidding after all. It's takes hardly any effort on her part to make sure the knight and rogue will survive long enough to be discovered by the wardens at Ostagar. Soon enough she will once again meet those who will either save or doom Ferelden depending on their actions. If everything goes according to plan one of them will be her champion and she will finally set about making everyone who hurt Mythal pay.
