And then the blur was gone, disappearing around a hairpin turn and taking its shouts of excitement behind a thicket of white-dusted pine trees.
Simon felt Bob and Lucius’s eyes slowly look up from the commotion fading into the distance and tracking all the way to the side of his face.
“...I’ll be right back,” he muttered, padding his skies in a circle against the snow, then pushing off to go retrieve Jack before he ended up in the hospital again.

Frozone's NSA tape mentions he and his friends would go skiing sometimes. So I interpreted that to mean I needed to write a super mushy scene of Simon and Jack hanging out at a ski resort.

Garp thought he was quite brilliant when, in an effort to discourage Ace and Sabo’s ambitions of piracy, he gives them custody of his new baby grandson. After all, the two might have been teenage delinquents, but even they wouldn’t actually go out to sea with a baby in their care, right?
Hint: he is very, very wrong.
(An AU where Luffy is born 16 years after Ace instead of 3, and Sabo remains with Ace on Mt. Corvo instead of trying to set sail on his own.)

"Luffy," he said, this time at a normal volume, and spread his arms wide open. Roger barely managed to make out the pair of eyes hiding in the bushes right in front of him. "C'mon, bring it on."
Roger had a certain expectation of what would happen next. He didn't expect a small body to fly out of the bushes like it was shot out of a slingshot, rubbery arms wrapping themselves around Ace's body multiple times.
For his part, Ace seemed to have expected exactly that, his feet braced against the ground firmly enough to keep him stable.
"Hi baby," Ace muttered, his voice so soft, pressing a kiss against Luffy's temple. "I'm sorry it took so long, but I'm here now. And I'm not going anywhere, yeah? I won't leave you alone again."
"...really?" The kid's voice sounded... off. Roger had no idea what it was supposed to sound like, but as it was, it felt like Luffy hadn't spoken in a while.
or: somehow, Ace gets launched not only into an alternative universe, but into its past. he has clear prioritites

He tilts his head as if that’ll make Sanji understand any more. “No idea what you’re talking about. Use your words, marimo.”
“Sex!” Zoro bursts out, probably a little louder than he meant. He curls in on himself some more, burying his red face in his arms.
OR
zoro doesn’t understand the difference between romance and sex. and once sanji helps him figure it out, he has a lot of thinking to do about luffy.

It all started with a zipper.
Growing up as poor as he did, whatever meager food he managed to squirrel away was never enough. His old man would sooner spend whatever money he made on booze instead of groceries for his own son. The fast metabolism he was born with didn't help maintain whatever weight he had managed to gain either.
So when Lightning slipped on one of his only pairs of jeans to head to Flo's with Doc, he realized something.
The zipper was stuck.
Well. Fuck.
(Lightning enjoys eating Flo's delicious food a little too much in Radiator Springs. He handles it okay- as in not handling it well at all. Thank God for Doc.)

How to Block Tags With Site Skins (And Get Real Specific About It) by najio

Just some info I've gathered over the past couple of weeks, about how to:
1. Block tags using Site Skins, block only fics that contain both tag A and tag B, and block fics with a tag that contains a certain phrase, unless they are a specific whitelisted tag
2. Highlight the tags in pretty colors! Or bold, or hide them!
3. Block mega-crossovers with a million different fandoms
4. Select for/block fics that are completed/rated something/have a certain category/don't have summaries
5. Block everything that doesn't have a certain tag, or one of a list of tags
6. Block orphan_account and tag block by author
7. Block only tags of specific types (fandoms, relationships, freeforms, etc.)
8. Block fics focused on original characters, and/or fics without any tags of a specific type
9. Block every pairing with two characters in it—case insensitive, any order, no matter how many other people are also in the tag

Sengoku had paused mid-word, as if expecting Doflamingo to say something — a greeting, or perhaps even more delusionally, an apology for being late — but of course, the pink fucker never did.
He walked — though that was a generous use of that verb in Crocodile’s opinion — towards the table, wasting no time before stepping onto it, settling himself cross-legged right in the middle.
Always needing to be the centre of attention, Crocodile thought with a sneer.
"We can sit on top of the table?!" Luffy yelled, excited, before wriggling out of Crocodile's grasp and clambering onto the table.
Somehow, that was the last straw; everyone's attention was now firmly on Luffy, with no one bothering to pretend like he didn't exist.
Luffy, for his part, appeared entirely unbothered — of course — as he settled himself by Doflamingo's side, pulling his feathery coat over his own shoulders.
Or: Crocodile decided against abandoning his child
