Summary
The first real color most people see is the shade of their soul mate's eyes. It is there that it begins, the change from seeing the world in muted tones of grey and blacks and whites, to a vibrant world full of wonder and so many colors, bleeding out from that one meeting, that one connection of two lives destined to find one another.

Summary
I love writing things that cast the whole of canon into a new and different light. I think this series does that.
There are two places where this 'verse breaks from canon dialogue, and they are: 1) During the events of Yes Men, Simmons said "All people are weak," and in a slightly less scornful tone of voice than the canon line. 2) the critical scene in Beginning of the End has been slightly reworked for this character dynamic.
