“ready?” hyunjin asks and jisung to close to pushing his dumbass to the floor. of course he’s not ready but he’s been craving one for so long. it’s the simplicity of the hoop and the subtle look of the studs that has him allowing his boyfriend to pierce his nose.
when hyunjin starts counting down from 3, jisung almost does actually hit him.
“don’t. fucking count, hyunjin.” he warns. his eyes are no longer glaring at the back of his eyelids and are instead choosing to glare at hyunjin.

"yeah, i—i mean they are like your family and i want to be apart of that...." his short-lived confession trails off and his head falls down in what the brunette sees as dejection or embarrassment.
"hey. lix you are my family.” he says and he means it because no one else, not even the eldest of his friends knew him and understood every word, action and the meaning behind it. he wants his beautiful blonde, freckled boy to feel and be apart of the family he found himself in when he wasn't accepted anywhere.

"oh, so my spit only acceptable when you're choking on it." the boy asked, on the brink of laughing at the unadulterated dumbfounded look on his partners face.
"shut up and shape the fucking cookies please." seungmin pleads and hyunjin's laugh fill his ears and he's not going to confess, refuses to admit that his insides had overtime became mushed and whipped for his laugh, even the tiny giggles and gasps of air that signal the end of his obnoxious hysteria. he looks over to him and the smile playing along his lips don't go unnoticed by hyunjin. instead, he smiles brighter and nudges seungmin's shoulder with his.
"i love you, even if you don't accept my germs, baby."
"literally, die." but he's smiling because hyunjin's own smile wouldn't let up and it's unfortunately contagious as fuck.
"of course, my love."
(in which seungmin is waken at 3am to bake cookies for hyunjin because the universe likes to fuck around and make him whipped.)

No one wants to spend their summer in community service. Unfortunately for Hyunjin, Jeongin, Jisung, Seungmin and Felix, they have no choice: the five of them are all stuck on this Community Payback scheme whether they like it or not.
(Spoiler alert: they don't.)
Community service is bad enough to deal with on its own, but to get caught in a freak electrical storm and develop shitty superpowers on top of that? This has got to be someone's idea of a joke.
Oh, and their probation worker wants to kill them. Go figure.

Summary

Jisung feels the warmth of yellow long before he realizes he's in love, and when he does, his moment of happiness is replaced with a cold, crippling cowardly fear when he sees his world is still colourless, meaning Minho doesn't feel the same way.
