Summary
These are all stories set in the same Torchwood/Doctor Who/Being Human crossover 'verse. They are roughly in the order they happen (some happen at the same time as others though so that's why it's roughly)
Timeline wise it's post Children of Earth for Torchwood, post End of Time for Doctor Who and post series 5 episode 3 for Being Human. Beyond it being a cross over it is AU for Torchwood (Fix-it) and Being Human (canon divergence), nothing in the Doctor Who sections outright contradicts what we see on screen.
Each story at least within the first five or so stand alone.

“They’re just young,” he tries again, trying to appease some concern Jiang Cheng hasn’t even voiced. “Probably playing a prank on you. Why waste energy worrying so much about it?”
Jiang Cheng bursts out, “Playing a prank on me? Aren’t we both locked in here, idiot?”
Wei WuXian lifts his hands, raising his index finger like he’s about to conduct a lesson. He’s grown more into these mannerisms, the more the young ones come to him for advice and stories. He finds he likes that quite a lot.
“Yes, but knowing what they do about us, who would that be worse for? Everyone knows Sect Leader Jiang would be angered the most by being locked away with the YiLing Patriarch.”
He states the facts with as much distance as he can. Because that’s what they are, facts. There’s no point in being upset by them, because if there’s one thing that’s constant and true in this world it’s Jiang WanYin’s hatred for Wei WuXian.
Convinced Jiang Cheng and Wei WuXian will never reconcile of their own accord, Jin Ling takes matters into his own hands by trapping both of his uncles alone, together, without their cultivation.
