“The world will never be your idea of just or merciful.”
— Except from Orion the Hunter, by Grace O’MalleyOrion Pax comes online in the heart of Cybertron's wilderness a million years early. This...changes things.
Or: instead of Orion Pax the cop, we get Orion Pax the half-feral Archivist-slash-almost revolutionary. A million years before Megatron was even constructed, there was just Orion, Ratchet, and the Dead End.

It’s a single-minded, instinctual kind of desire: hide what belongs to you, lest someone else get their hands on it.
That doesn’t mean it isn’t exhausting, having to be on his guard all the time. But Goro can’t afford to loosen his grip, not with the way things keep slipping through his fingers.

Summary
A mysterious postcard shows up in Jotaro’s mail one day. Odd enough on its own, but what sends his threadbare life into free fall is the designation of a dead man promising to return home soon.
Jojo,
This job is already taking longer than I thought, but I have a lead. I’m sorry that I left so abruptly, but I promise to be back soon. Please understand that I needed something to keep my mind busy. Maybe you’re doing the same. I wish you were here with me.
Love, Noriaki

Summary
“It’s getting dark out,” Jotaro informs Kakyoin’s retreating back as they wander toward the trees.
“You’re very observant. Has anybody ever told you?”
“The forest is different after dark. You don’t want to get lost.”
Kakyoin pauses, head tilting as they glance back at Jotaro. Their eyes gleam and they smile at him with teeth that look curved and pointed. “Would that be so bad?”
--
The fall after he graduates from college, Jotaro meets the fox spirit at the edge of the woods.

But a chance encounter—or perhaps fate—jogs her memories, and Chihiro must once again brave an unfamiliar world filled with spirits in order to reunite with her dragon. The Jujutsu society is just very, very confused by this embodiment of sunshine and goodness.
Cue an epic clash between the bleak grimdark Jujutsu world vs. a Ghibli heroine!

Summary
The main thing, really the only thing, that’s going through Caesar’s head is to yell at this idiot for swerving in front of his car and ask him what the hell he was thinking, and to check that he’s really alright, probably. But when he makes eye contact with said idiot, somehow all that comes out of his mouth is “Do I know you?”
