Essek’s figure fits into the landscape of his nightmares with sickening ease. Purple robes press against the tall wooden back of the chair, the silk crushed where the leather straps pull tightly against shoulders; elbows; those delicate wrists. His frame looks small, slumped, a twisted dreamscape parody of fantasies in which the sleek line of a mantle is stripped down to bare soft curves of shoulders and throat.
Yes, he is here, of course he would end here, spun into the sticky web of your past. And you were the one who tripped the wire.

Seth Domade had many good qualities. He was human and, as such, could traverse Rexxentrum with ease. He had some unremarkable magical capabilities, so it was not odd that he might, say, use Comprehend Languages to read a book or cast Prestidigitation to clean the muck from his boots.
Seth Domade, however, was not a powerful wizard. He did not wield spells that could disrupt the gravity of an entire street or send his attackers flying into a wall. Seth Domade was a quiet, unassuming man. He spent most of his days editing volumes in the Cobalt Soul’s library, and he looked the part.

Caleb knew that some humans were able to intentionally wiggle their ears. Apparently it was an old, vestigial muscle that only some humans could purposefully flex, which would rotate their ear in a kind of silly-looking wiggle, usually done for joke effects. But elves? Though Essek would be loathe to admit it, they seemed to have an instinctual sort of twitch to them, the muscle not only active and connected, but sensitive. Emotionally activated, Essek’s ears would sometimes pin closer to his head, or wiggle with the slightest tension when he was excited.
Or shake with the slightest sort of quiver when aroused.

Summary
House and Wilson have a peculiar friendship - though if you asked Wilson, sleeping together once while one man was reeling from a traumatic surgery slash breakup and the other was in a failing marriage isn't all that unusual between friends. They manage to make it work, mostly by never bringing it up again.
While out, a patient's grieving brother approaches Wilson and injects him with an unknown compound. Wilson is rushed to the hospital. Though initially fine, he begins to exhibit strange and deadly symptoms. House is swept into a case that he cannot emotionally distance himself from, with a patient that he has exceptionally complex feelings for. Wilson clings to life as House hits brick wall after brick wall, desperate to save the one person he can't lose.

Blood humming, burning, he stepped closer, taking a slow inhale to steady himself only to find her scent on his lips, in his lungs. Biting back the urge to groan, Goro forced himself to maintain control. But her proximity was intoxicating, and when his hand touched the small of her back he paused anew.
Arasaka has a reputation for ruthlessness but anyone who works for them knows that loyalty is not its own reward. There are eddies aplenty and even a few unspoken perks of the job. V finds she gains access to one in particular that promises a corporate-sanctioned way to enjoy her down time. The silvery eyed man she meets seems like he's more than up to the job.
Pre-Game AU where a Corpo V and Takemura meet under different circumstances.
Likely not going to be a long one, just a bit of smutty literature. Rated for later chapters.
