Summary
Instead of Azkaban, Draco Malfoy is to be isolated in an unknown forest for a total of ten years. Every month, a new Auror is stationed in the cabin, ostensibly to keep an eye on him. It’s now Harry’s turn to be the Auror on duty.
Harry has expectations on how his month will go, how weak Malfoy would be after six years away from civilisation, the pity Harry would feel for him. They might even settle into something friendly-like.
Except, Harry should have realised that it was Malfoy, and that things never went to plan when Malfoy was involved.

“I’ll call you tomorrow.” The line disconnected before Yahaba could say anything else. He pulled the phone away from his ear and looked down at it. He just barely caught the 1-800-XXX-XXX before the little screen blinked off.

Harry had expected a few things when returning for his Eighth Year. Rooming with Ron, a cheeky Firewhisky down at the pub, leaving his assignments to the last minute – those were all but certain to occur.
His list of certainties definitely hadn’t included McGonagall’s shake-up of the curriculum, which tasked the Eighth Years with the responsibility of parenthood for three weeks. Caring for a baby Transfigured from a sack of flour would have been alright if: 1) Malfoy wasn’t Harry’s assigned partner, 2) Their baby’s one goal in life wasn’t to spite Harry, and 3) Malfoy wasn’t infuriatingly good at fake parenthood.

Their relationship strengthens as the competitive skating season goes on and slowly but steadily develops into something more than just friendship.
Or a figure skating AU where Kirishima supports Bakugou during training and at competitions, annoying him (but not really) with friendship, and it takes Bakugou way too long to figure (ehehe pun) out his feelings.
