Summary
At the recommendation of a therapist he had seen sometime between 1989 and 1992, he decided to keep a journal, of sorts. It was never anything fancy; a spiral-bound book he forgot to use for note-taking in calculus, a dog-eared pallet of graphing paper with pages torn from its weak glue backing, a joke-a-day stationary pad that Polnareff got him for his birthday, one year. He was never very good at it, finding the notions his therapist had put forth for processing trauma to be too at-odds with his own general state of being and feelings of self-imposed tension, but he was consistent.
It's the only reason he doesn't immeditaely assume he's been hallucinating when he reads back the latest entry and realizes he didn't write it.
OR...
Jotaro and the very magical telepathic symbiosis achieved (temporarily and to great effect) between a human subject and a colony of sea anemone.

Jotaro's grandmother, Josephine, hears that Jotaro is newly single and insists on a "girl's night out" to heal her broken heart. At first, Jotaro is opposed. But then she meets Kakyoin and the night isn't lost after all.
(The dancer looks surprised. "Woah. Someone broke 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 heart? Guys really are stupid.”
The compliment, the clear appreciation in how she looks Jotaro up and down, is like the first hit of nicotine after a long day. It has Jotaro's blood singing, leaves her wanting more.
“Wasn’t a guy. And my heart isn’t broken.”
New interest flashes in the dancer's eyes. She takes a step closer. Jotaro’s breath hitches.
“Don’t tell me you swing my way. I’ve never been so lucky before,” she murmurs, close enough that Jotaro can feel the words hot against her cheek. Jotaro’s fingers clench with the effort of not grabbing the woman’s waist to bring them flush. Just to see what would happen next.)

The world felt endless through the train window, long stretches of fluorescent streetlights and empty streets melted together in the late-night dark. There was nobody else on this car, probably nobody else on this train by now. Jotaro was already jet-lagged, barely functioning after the plane ride back to Tokyo, and he didn't know where he was or where the train needed to stop.

On a whim, Jotaro pulled his clothes out. He neatly folded up the old turtlenecks, patted down the dusty sweaters, and smoothed out the creases of his off-white slacks, pulling each of them off the hangers one by one. Once they were stacked together in a clean pile, he set them down in the corner of the closet and pushed the empty hangers off to the side. Carefully, Jotaro spread Noriaki’s clothes out to cover up the blank space that remained.
It looked neater now. Complete. And then he understood.
As Jotaro looked over the rewritten remains of their closet, he finally realized that he was getting ready to die.

Jotaro just barely managed to let go of his suitcase in time to catch his mother when she came speeding down to greet him, her arms wrapping tight around his abdomen and squeezing hard enough to make him loose his breath. He distantly heard Noriaki calling out his own greetings behind him, but in his exhaustion, he only just managed to catch the warm smile on Holly’s face as she beamed up at him with nothing but open affection.
“It really has been so long since I’ve seen you,” she said. “Welcome home, honey.”

“Easy, Jiji has a surprise for you but he needed you out of the house so that he could get it inside.” Jojo replied as she leaned down to kiss her smaller girlfriend only for them to be interrupted by a familiar barking coming from the house as a black and white bolt made its way toward them only to be intercepted by Star Platinum. “And Iggy, you just ruined everything, yare yare dawa” The assumed yankii said as she pulled her hat down over her eyes to hide the fact that everything was going how she planned it.
