When Abarai Renji, Shinigami Lieutenant and Undercover-Agent in some fuck-all Living World Maybe-Cult-Definitely-Crime-Organization looked down and saw the pudgy, clumsy fingers of a toddler instead of his own, his first thought was, as usual, not exactly creative. “Oh fuck.”, he thought. “Oh shit.”
His verbal reaction was much more productive.
“How am I gonna pick up the beer for my wife after work now?”, he said helplessly. Then: “Wait, how am I gonna pick up my wife after work now?!”
“Shut the fuck up, Lackey..”, Reborn groaned from where he was sitting on the ground, swaying just the tiniest bit.
