Summary

In another life, from another perspective, Dick may have found the situation comical: his very independent teenaged brother, reverted to toddlerhood over a magical mishap. That Dick would have cooed over how very cute Tiny Tim was, would have dressed him in sweet clothes, played games with him all day long and taken a million and half pictures to preserve the memories until Tim was inevitably put back to normal. In another life, this could have been a happy memory.
