(the contents of this have absolutely nothing to do with canon; I haven't even read their first canon interaction)---------
"Tim, buddy, how are you feeling? Can you talk to me?" Dick asked. He felt like the logical next step was an attempt at communication.He could feel Tim vibrating with the effort of talking, or mumbling, but it was covered by his suit, so Dick sat up straight, holding Tim against his chest tightly. Once they were sat up, and Tim's mouth wasn't covered by Dick's costume, Dick tried again.
"Are you okay?"
"No, I'm obviously not okay, Dick. But I feel amazing," Tim said with a slight giggle.
"Okay... what does that mean?" Dick asked. Tim was lucid enough to speak, but not in a regular state of mind. Where exactly was he, in terms of mental groundedness?
Tim rested his head against Dick's chest further, sighing and closing his eyes as he responded. "I need contact. My inhibitions are gone. I get to be selfish," Tim almost whispered the last part.

During a close call with death, Batman and Superman intercept Harley to get details on the Joker’s whereabouts. However, when Harley reveals he knows their secret identities, they are forced to use a prototype memory loss gun. Instead of erasing their memories of their identities, they erase Harley's memory back to when he was eighteen... back when Harley was teetering between good and evil. With the help of Poison Oak and maybe even the Bats and Superman, Harley's new goal is to remember his past and protect the Omegas who can't defend themselves.
