Arthur sighed and returned the gesture with his hands on his waist. “But I know we’ll meet again, some sunny day..” Francis said before gently leaning in, puckering up his lips. Arthur wanted to lean back in so badly. To feel Francis’ lips brush on his. But he put his finger on them.
Francis Bonnefoy after very much siding with the wrong side of the French Revolution, had to pay the price of loosing all his memories from getting beheaded. He now is once again pushed into war and bloodlust during Napoleonic Wars aiming for change to be reunited with his love, but still dealing with who he left before.

The only way he will feel like he is cared for and loved for is during one-night stands or hookups with a friend who doesn't contact him much other than to sleep with him. When he takes a side quest into a small shop, he finds himself leaving with a book and a memory that would change the course of his life. -
- Arthur doesn't love easily. That being said when he runs across a man at a party who sparks his interest, he has to look him up. Little did he know how deep into the rabbit hole he would go. His love is hefty and strong, but not all lustful. Which he knows Francis isn't used to, he wants to love him but the fear of scaring away the lovely man horrifies him, till he talks to him firsthand. He wanted that man all to himself, he needed that man. -

When academic failings have only ever brought shame and humiliation, progress feels just as impossible and pointless as it always has been. Six-year-old twin brothers Alfred and Matthew both enjoy school despite their academic struggles. When their worrying performance at school leads to a meeting between their new classroom teacher, Mr Bonnefoy, and their father. Deeper issues come to light, which explain why the two boys who are eager to learn are falling behind at school. Mr Bonnefoy has a keen eye for detail and his acute perceptions relveals troubles that cannot be fixed simply with a few after-school tutoring sessions to help with the boys’ reading and writing. Their father doesn’t take to the sessions too well, but the boys are really taking a shine to Mr Bonnefoy and Arthur won’t let them quit the extra tutoring even if it means having to put up with the man in question, who asks far too many personal questions.

He goes into it slightly nervous which is unusual of him, but he does end up making one dear friend who he normally would never expect to like— Alfred F Jones. Even though they were such different people and had fairly different friends circles, he felt himself (deniably) romantically and sexually attracted to this boy. Alfred isn't sure how he feels really, but he wishes Kiku was a girl before he even knew. So it's basically just them navigating this. (This fic is also on wattpad!)
