Summary
"Lin?" he hears said baseball freak repeat, bringing Lin back to the present. A brief chuckle, and then Banba goes on, "You awake, or are you calling my name in your sleep now?"
Lin snorts. "Like hell I would, you damn Ban-baka," he replies, taking care to clearly enunciate every word.
Doing so makes him singularly aware that his lips are scant centimeters from Banba's ear; his arms draped across Banba's well-muscled shoulders. If Lin were to lean in a little closer, rest his chin at the curve between the other man's neck and shoulder—
Releasing a breath, Lin just barely manages to resist doing both. It's the liquor, he tells himself, mouth pursed. All that alcohol is messing with my head, making me think all weird.
No way it could be because of Banba, of all people.

“'Home is where the heart is,'” Lin reads aloud.
“Oh, I think I get that one!” Banba says. “'Home runs could only be scored from the heart,' is what it's gotta mean, don't it?”
“Not everything has to be about baseball, Ban-baka,” Lin chides, face-palming. “'Home is always in one's heart.' That's what it means.”

“What?” Lin tetchily asks.
“Nothing,” the other man says, holding up a hand. “I was just thinking it's kinda cute, you having a sweet tooth, Lin-chan.”
Despite what he's eating, Lin could feel his face grow warm. “Hmph, what do you mean, 'kind of', Ban-baka?” he scoffs, nose turned up. “I'm always cute.”

Narrowing his eyes at Banba, Lin warily replies, “What?”

Summary
The shawarma shop AU that no one asked for! Inspired by all the other yummy Solavellan modern-day AUs out there.
Ellana Lavellan is the proud co-proprietor of Daisy's Sheva'bradhan, a humble little sheva'bradh snackstand set to hopefully conquer the tastebuds of Haven's train-commuting public. Solas is the less than gregarious owner of a bookshop across the street. They meet and fall in love... eventually.
Because romance is like that honey bradhel one has at four o'clock: it should be savored, treasured, looked forward to.
… And also because the two parties involved could be such stubborn, silly fools.

Summary
The torrid tale of one Ellana Lavellan, professional assassin, and her encounter with a man in a wolf mask on the eve of All Souls' Day. There's sex, murder, and lots of stuff inspired by (and bastardized from) the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood.
Teaser Text:
Ellana stopped right in front of him and took off her hood, peering intently at his face. Even in the dim light the dimple on his chin was discernible, but it was his eyes, ever so arresting, which drew her gaze. “Goodness, messere,” she softly exclaimed, “but what big eyes you have.”
