“i am not a sore loser!” marinette huffed, twisting to face chat. “i just don’t like getting beaten.”
“that means you’re a sore loser,” chat sticked his tongue out at her, crossing his arms.
“if you’re not nice, i won’t let you into my blanket fort.” marinette replied, pouting.from my marichat prompt list 🤗

Summary
It takes time to trust someone enough to completely let your guard down around them. Especially for someone who started building a wall years ago and keeps adding bricks each time somebody tries to climb it.
Atsumu somehow managed to slip through the cracks. He didn’t try to climb the wall, didn’t try to tear it down. He waited for Kiyoomi to build a door, and then he walked through it. Slowly, carefully, looking both sides before crossing the street, taking a step back when he had to.
