Summary
When Kaede graduated high school, she was diagnosed with something called amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, otherwise known as juvenile ALS.
Yet through it all, Shuichi watched her smile through the pain. Watched her as he wheeled her around, waving to her friends as feebly as she could manage. Watched her as her sister wheeled her across that college graduation stage, tears streaming down his face.Watched… as her hand
so warm
became colder,
where did
slipping away from his hold.
it go?
Kaede died on the morning of June 1st at twenty-one years old.
...
And it all started a year after Kaede died.-----------
Or: An AU where Kaede dies from a chronic illness, and when Shuichi is trying to pick up the pieces, a ghost begins haunting him.

“You haven’t even heard me out yet,” Pure Vanilla protested in a borderline whiny tone.
“That’s because I have already heard your proposition!” Shadow Milk snarkily replied as he twisted his head around to look at Pure Vanilla without turning his body. “And my answer is no!”
“But Shadow Milk… You haven’t even heard the rest of what I have to say. I’m sure if you’d simply hear me out you would be interested—!”
“UGH!” Shadow Milk suddenly exclaimed. Dramatically, he threw his arms up in defeat. “Fine! Out with it! Please enlighten me. I would love to know why you think tying me up for whatever foolish bondage kink you have would possibly EVER interest me.”

Or: Pure Vanilla wants to tie up Shadow Milk because he's a kinky bastard.

Tighnari and Collei are like two peas in a pod; teacher and student, father and daughter, attached at the hip.
No matter how dearly Tighnari loved Collei— and he *loved* her— love won't erase pain, and it can't erase illness.
That realization is what snaps Tighnari back to reality.

Xiao's life morphed into a shakespearean form of tragic at a pitifully young age. He spent his days wallowing in misery and self-deprecation, swamping himself in guilt he refused to resolve. It wasn't until a particularly sunny blond boy waltzed into his life that his worldview began to shift.
An AU where Xiao believes he isn't capable of being loved, and Aether loves him like it's breathing.

This was kind of based off that one thing from one piece with Usopp and that girl in her mansion. Idk I didn't get past episode 9 lol

Summary
Shen Qingqiu is a man, who is rotten to the core. Or at least that was how Airplane Shooting Towards The Sky made him appear. But maybe it just needs a little push for him to turn over a new leaf and change not only his own life, but that of even the most unimportant of canon-fodders.
After all, there is redemption for everyone. Right?.
The topic of this fanfiction is to change many things that made me unhappy with the original novel. That doesnt just involve the unfair end of my favorite two chars, but also some social issues that are going on, but which ones that are, you will have to find out yourself. The most ideas came to me while writing, but I definitely enjoy the way it has gone. I hope so will you
(*^-^*)~♡.
Main ship is obviously Qijiu, the other ships are sideships but they also get their little moments written out. They aren't just 'together too'
Spelling/grammar/wording corrected up to Chapter 33 :)
Extras incoming. Comments are open for suggestions *^-^*
