    “How long?”

    Shane was shaking.

    “Coach?”

“How long have you been fucking Ilya Rozanov?”

    -

Instead of getting injured during the game after Tampa, pictures are released exposing the secret relationship between Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander. The two rival captains are forced to choose between everything they've spent years building and the person they never quite learned how to let go.

Unfortunately, neither of them has ever been particularly good at walking away.

    Summary

The NHL keeps a Central Registry of every team’s Emergency Backup Goaltender, or EBUG, an individual who must be prepared to play for either the home or visiting team should both goalies be taken out of commission. When the Registry was digitized in the mid 90’s a clerical error was made, and David Hollander has remained on file as Montreal’s EBUG. When Boston plays a preseason game in Montreal at the beginning of the 2017/2018 season, both of their goalies are taken out and David Hollander suddenly finds himself in the net in Boston black and yellow.

Luca is 13 when he starts using tumblr. At that point, playing for an MLH-team is just a dream to him. Due to his intrest for hockey and art, that is exactly what he starts postinging about. He makes friends online. And then, he starts reaching for his dreams.

Or: Luca is a tumblr fanboy who ships Hollanov through all of his teenage years. And maybe after that as well-
