“Thought I’d try the hot lemon today.”
“Wow, you found a drink version of me?” Jimin fluttered his long lashes, tilting his head with his most overly saccharine voice he could possibly manage without wanting to burn his mouth with scalding chocolate.
“You’re a hot lemon?” Jeongguk shot back in comedic bewilderment, eyes wide as he looked from his cup to Jimin and then back again. “Now that you mention it, you are a bit sour. Past your sell by date, hyung?”
Jimin responded by bunching up a pink post-it note, tossing it straight at the alpha with no remorse. Pointing the end of his clicky pen as threateningly as possible, the omega pinched his face in a mock glare.
“I’ll have you know I am the most citrusy, fruity, delicious lemon to ever grace your presence. Maybe your taste buds are out of date. Just like you, Mr No Date.”

“Are you ok?” Jimin sets his bowl down and starts pulling off the bandage. Jungkook doesn’t answer, just stares at Jimin’s neck as it’s revealed. “See?” Jimin tilts his head to the side so he can see it better.
Jungkook inhales sharply through his nose. Then he’s stepping up, pulling Jimin’s head further to the side and looking close.
“Wow, you’re really getting up in there, huh?” Jimin is startled by the grip on his chin. Jungkook is basically standing between his legs. He doesn’t answer again. Two fingers trace over the small marks. They’ve gone down even more. There wasn’t any blood on his bandage when he changed it earlier.
“Does it hurt?” Jungkook gulps.

Somehow, it results in Jeongguk confessing that he's not dense or uninterested, he's just shy and when Jimin flirts, he gets so nervous his defense mechanism is to talk as much as he can. Jimin thinks it's cute. Until he realizes that there are parts of Jeongguk that he didn't know existed and that he wants them just as much as he wants the rest of him.
