With minimal hopes for improvement, the road to recovery is neither easy nor short.

Loki sighed, shaking his head in disagreement, but when he spoke, it was to utter his defeat, his resignation, a fear that he had always had, spoken softly and quietly like any other token of love: “I don’t deserve you.”
“Damn right you don’t,” Sigyn answered easily, and Loki’s heart plummeted to his stomach. He’d suspected, of course, that she shared in the sentiment, but it still hurt to hear the confirmation.
After the events of the first Thor movie, Loki is banished to Earth with his whole family, and he and Sigyn struggle to keep their family afloat.
