I am aware of three discrete things, in a distinct order.
Firstly, that Spider-Man has crawled through my fire escape calling me a nickname that only six people on earth know, and isn’t something you can call me by accident, because I’m not blonde.
Secondly, that Spider-Man has crawled through my fire escape window battered and bruised, limping and with a nasty gash extending across his torso.
Thirdly, that the bit of exposed skin I can see contains a strong, smooth V of muscle arcing downwards, hot and sweaty and narrowing to his hips.

There's a crash on her fire escape and a wounded Spider-Man crawls in her window with nowhere else to go. Despite the absurdity of the situation, he just keeps coming back, maybe because there's more to what they have than she can remember.

Shane sniffs, offering him a sad smile, his eyes watery and solemn. It's an unfamiliar look, burnt through with sorrow and twisting doubt, sharp worry in the furrow of his brow. “You are,” he says, soft and certain. “I do, and I'm the one who's doing it.”
