Despite the countless advices and consolations, Mike kept firm in his theory of her survival. One most gave up about. Even her parents. So, Mike keeps a secret he never disclosed. The fact he’d been writing letters to her. Sending them monthly exactly on the 6th to a place where three waterfalls exist, in a far away land, away from monsters.
Until he received a letter, from the same recipient he’d so obsessively written letters to for five years without expecting one in return. But he did.

Chrissy turned her eyes away from her boyfriend as she heard the loud bang. She saw the Munson boy making his way past them. He looked upset. If only he knew how cool he seemed to her, even though he was still a mystery to her.
How handsome he looked when he had that mischievous grin on his face. The way his beautiful, big brown eyes shone glowed with fire. Her eyes followed him, her heart beating faster the closer he came. Everything, all the noise was drowned out and it seemed like she was in her own little bubble, with him, only he didn't know. It was their moment, and it would always remain their moment, those dozens of seconds in the Hallway of Hawkins High.
Next time, she'd stand at the edge of the crowd, and pray that he'd pass her by, knowing even if she would never be courageous enough to hold his hand, she'd feel the breeze as he rushed past her.
An attempt to exchange drugs for cash flips both the Freak's and the cheerleader's world's upside-down, including the world of everyone else within their proximity.
This book is completed.
