“Sebastian leans against the hard corner edge of the decaying club wall. It digs into the sore spot under his shoulder blade, which hurts from hunching over his keyboard. The Adderall he snorted earlier is making him feel stringy, thin, so he takes another deep inhale from the joint, letting the harsh smoke seep through his lungs, fill his bloodstream with a half-lidded laziness. The sharp angle pushing into his back feels good.”
