Summary
“Is my puppy pleased to see me?”
You whined louder, pawing at the door. He remembered your biting commentary when you initially arrived. You'd long forgotten how to speak-- the last remnants of your humanity lost to the drugs, the brainwashing, and of course, his training.
Yes, you were utterly reduced to Dottore's pet project. Literally.

Summary
There I am! There I am, Again!
He craves love, but has none to give. He desires acceptance, but rejects all. For despite his bottled insecurities, Dottore embraces the role of villainy for the lack of accountability it gives. He refuses to be shackled by ethics and societal conventions in return for the useless, conditional embrace of others. The pursuit of reason, of truth-- it requires ostracization. Reason casts out all that rebels against it. The antithesis of authority is unbridled aspiration and lunacy.
Perhaps he can show that to her. He wants to. Desperately.
yan!Dottore x original character (but if you wanna insert yourself in it, go ahead)

Summary
This paper aims to not only analyze the parallels of Meursault and Dottore, but to examine the Doctor from the perspective of Albert Camus’s absurdism as a whole. Despite the drastic difference of media these two characters are found in, through the lens of absurdism, one can argue that through the Doctor’s disconnect and consequential ostracization from society, relentless pursuit of knowledge and meaning in a fundamentally absurd universe, hypocritical desire of acceptance from his peers, and the juxtaposition of character between himself and the Traveler, Dottore proves to be narratively absurdist man-- just one that has neither accepted nor completed this role yet.

Summary
I grow maddened.
Stanford races away from the town until the cobblestone path turns into thick snow. The words circle around his skull, over and over-- a broken record that plays into his increasing insanity. As he stumbles through the woods, his vision lurches; Ford swears that all the dark trees have familiar, yellow eyes, watching every step he makes.
Watching. Waiting. Ready to devour him right then and there.
The townspeople all have Bill's eyes. They’re all watching me. I can’t trust them.
In Gravity Falls, you can trust no one. That isn't a problem-- Stanford Filbrick Pines has no one. -

Summary
But after nearly 30 years of dimension- hopping, I came upon a parallel Earth almost identical to our own. There was at least one crucial difference.
On this Earth, I was never pushed into the portal by Stan.
On this Earth, my brother listened to me and took Journal 1 away from Gravity Falls.
On this Earth I reunited with Fiddleford…
