Luffy can't get hard.
No matter how much Porn Sanji would throw at him, Luffy's body would reject it. Listing every single sexy woman in the city did not work. Hell, even Viagra wasn't working.
Who would've thought that seeing Law fresh out of the shower could actually do the trick? Certainly not Luffy, who had to blink twice before looking closer to check that his eyes weren't mistaken.
