    Peter Parker is a homeless, 14-year-old, visually and respiratorily challenged, orphan, runaway on the streets of New York City. He would say he's handling it pretty well, given the circumstances, but his simple routine of odd jobs is derailed when he's arrested for unknowingly becoming a drug runner. Peter in a fit of panic, escapes the police precinct and is then hunted down by the literal avengers?? There's no way they don't have bigger things to worry about.
    On the other side of this, Tony Stark has just found out via a middle of the night phone call that his long presumed dead son is alive, has been arrested for drug peddling and has been living on the streets for a little less than a year. What. After dragging himself and his brigade of nosy teammates all the way to Queens, he finds out that these trained "professionals" have somehow lost track of a malnourished, asthmatic, blind and probably narcotic-affected, teenager. Tony panics, of course.

    Peter Parker is a ghost in his own story...

     

    Months after the spell that erased him from everyone’s memory, he’s living in the shadows; no ID, no support, no one left to save. He works three under-the-table jobs, patrols at night in a suit held together by desperation, and survives on barely edible food and sheer willpower. His healing factor is failing. His body is crashing. And he’s not sure how much longer he can keep going.

    Then he runs into Bucky Barnes. THE Winter Soldier.

    Peter slips. Says too much. Moves too fast. And Bucky, who shouldn’t remember him, starts asking questions. Questions that could unravel everything.

    Now Peter’s spiraling, terrified that one moment of recognition could collapse the universe all over again. With nowhere left to turn, he makes a choice: break into Avengers Tower, patch up his suit, and maybe, just maybe, survive one more night.

    Before he collapses. For good.
