Summary
“Arms up little man,” Jason says loudly, words slung around a shit-eating grin.
Damian’s fingers itch, twitching minutely in the direction of his hidden blades. “Todd—”
“Nuh-uh,” Jason says, an undertone now. Too soft-spoken to be heard by the mics poised around them like a committee of anticipative vultures. “You know the drill.”
Or, Five times Damian learns what it means to navigate the Wayne legacy—featuring too much carrying, in his opinion.

Summary
“He found himself wondering if anyone would notice before the spell was up. It seemed unlikely; there were often stretches where contact was limited between him and his family. Normally, it was not born from necessity but rather strife. And perhaps strife would bleed from this.
He hoped not.”
When a confrontation with a powerful magic user goes awry, Damian is cursed, robbing him of his voice. Or, communicate without a fresh bruise appearing, that is.
What begins as an inconvenience quickly spirals into something far worse, as he finds himself struggling with the mounting realization: no one has noticed. As his silence deepens, so do the rifts with his family. He’s not helped by the many more sinister theories the people around him assume because of his new temperament.
One thing is certain: he really, really hates magic.

Summary
Damian counts a lot, to keep everything in his brain straight. The time until patrol, the time until Dick returns from Blüdhaven, and the time that has passed since his father has had a meal with him. But now he has something to look forward to. Being accepted into the Pre-med Program in Star City, he only has a few months until he moves in.
And Damian knows that nothing is going to change that schedule, Bruce isn’t going to change, Tim is working as the CEO and lives away, Jason doesn’t remember their time together in the league, Steph ignores him most nights, and Dick is always busy.
Damian just needs to count down the days
…
Until they find the acceptance letter.
