I will look like a silly, besotted little thing who can't even keep her hands off of you-," She gags a little, for effect. Tartaglia pretends not to be insulted, even though insulting him is exactly what she's doing. "She will think I'm not a threat. You get to have sex with me. A perfectly amiable deal." Arlecchino explains. "If not, I will find someone else, but I would prefer not to be so exposed in front of one of these ridiculous people."
"Well, that's one way to get me to agree," Tartaglia says. "But, um, I'm not exactly known for my subtlety."
Arlecchino rolls her eyes. "I am aware. You were nearly convicted of a crime you were five years old for. That is why I chose you. Now, come on."

So. At first, I didn't read this fic because it was tagged as petstuck.
Then, after a while, I forgot about it, and I carelessly started reading the fic. I just looked at the "Teen and Up" rating and thought it was okay. And then, yeah, I discovered it was petstuck. But it was okay! People can stomach so much more things if they are marked as an evil you can fight and win against. Calling this fic a petstuck is like calling Harry Potter a murder and torture and mind control story.
So do not be scared of the petstuck tag! This fic is so much more. You kinda forget about it after the first few chapters, kinda the same as how you kinda forget that this whole fic started from Reviews Of Young Adult Novels after the first chapter. Petstuck is just one of the many crazy ingredients that went into the batter for baking this cake and making it stuck, including cake mix. It's petstuck, and grimdarkstuck, and dimensionstuck, and dreambubblestuck, and murderbotstuck, and piratestuck, and vampirestuck, and mindcontrolstuck, and timeshenaniganstuck, and hydrastuck, and bunnystuck, and pokemonstuck, and mailstuck, and wikistuck, and so much stuck. Rose is Vriska and Aranea is Rose, which might mean that Vriska is Aranea. As you might have figured by now, it's also confusing. But you read Homestuck because you like to be confused, right?
Oh, and I'll leave a complete Dramatis Personae to chapter 20 here, as far as I can tell:
Kanaya, Rose, Karkat, Roxy, Vriska, Sollux, HIC, Jane, Dave, Dirk, John, Jade, Japsers, Equius, Aranea, Kankri, Porrim, Rufioh, Calliope/Caliborn, Doc Scratch, PM, Fefeta, Tavros, Terezi, AradiaIt's pitch Rosemary, and it's really exciting to see non-flush Rosemary. Great character voices, special shout-out to Kanaya, Rose, Karkat, Roxy, Jane, Dave, Dirk, John, Aranea, Rufioh, lol that's everyone.
I love this fic so much that I have committed symmetry breaking by creating the 112th bookmark (that's probably not what that word means technically but there isn't a better word for when something is symmetric and then you do something and it's not symmetric anymore), but I won't break the numbers of the blind prophets by leaving a kudos, I'll let someone else do that for me.
In conclusion, the answer is yes. The time is now. United as one; divided by zero. Go read the stuckiest fanfic you will ever read.
