For the last two months Seokjin was an orphan. He hasn’t been an orphan since he was nine. He’ll take a long time to get used to it again. Namjoon told him, if because Seokjin spoke to him about it or because he was able to read his mind, that during the summer Seokjin didn’t feel all that real. As if he’d disappear any second now, as if he’s something he will never be able to fully understand. He also told him, that now he feels realer. Seokjin told him that he was always real. And that Namjoon too was always real. Not that he believed any of that himself.
And Yoongi, he was real too.
“You know, Yoongi,” Seokjin snorted, and smiled at him as if he was something amazing. “You’re not as scary as you think you are.”
Yoongi side eyed him, and then shrugged. “If you think so.”

eliott has been saved by spiderman quite a few times for absolutely no reason. hopeless romantic that he is, eliott accidentally starts falling for spiderman somewhere along the way and doesn’t know what to do about it. obviously, there’s only one solution. he and his good friend lucas should pretend to date to make spiderman jealous. there’s no ulterior motives here, of course, just lucas helping a bro out.

His dad is away a lot and his mom stays at home. This means there’s always lemonade and cinnamon rolls ready when Ronan gets home from school.
Every day he sees a young boy bike past in the morning and again in the afternoon. He’s only seen glances of him, the glimpse of a worn backpack, shorts in the winter, and an old, rusty bike. He’s pretty and Ronan is entranced in a way he doesn’t really understand.
(OR: An AU with no supernatural elements where Adam and Ronan meet each other at age eight and grow up as best friends.)

This story was inspired by the thought of Prince William of Wales (and indeed the current Max von Hapsburg) studying at the University of St Andrews; it is also, as the title suggests, at least a little inspired by the operetta 'The Student Prince'.
