[on a temporary posting break]
When Kenma finally threw in the towel on their relationship, Kuroo was relieved. It was finally over and he didn’t even need to be the one to rip off the bandage. Unfortunately, the relief didn’t last long and acute misery took its place.
As he grapples with loneliness and regret in his new post-Kenma life, he decides to finally play a game that Kenma begged him to playtest while they were still dating. To his surprise, not only can he still access the game, but it turns out the game is based on the story of their relationship.
He plays through it and gets to suffer through their relationship beginning to end, his mistakes and what he once had maiming him.
What he doesn’t realize is that finishing the game may just bring Kenma back to him. Does he have what it takes to make their relationship (whatever form it may take) a success? Or is it doomed from the start?

This is one of the stories that baffles me how it doesn't have 1000+ kudos because of how well written it is. I was literally so shocked when I was reading halfway to learn about it! So so well written, it's like I'm reading an actual book!! I love everything about it, it's like I'm attending a free therapy through this story, one of the BEST exes to lovers stories I've ever read!
I cried so many times in the beginning until my pillow was stained with all my tears, and I can't stop reading it even though I had to work a few hours later, and it's the first time I finished reading a 200k fic within 2 weeks?? It usually takes me so much longer since I can't concentrate for long. Anyway, I love the characterization of Kuroo and Kenma, be it the good and bad, and I LOOOVE the character development!! It always blows my mind how I can just read masterpieces like this for free on the internet. I just love love love this story so much that it healed me too <3

This is literally my most favorite of harumichi story in the silver millenium era, like idc it's canon for me, I always think of this fic whenever I think about silver milennium era.
It still amazed me and gives me goosebumps on how the author could wrote everything so well, the characterization, the plot, the meaningful & deep ancient love between the both of them, ughh it's just beyond beautiful!
How they're not immortal but their love is immortal and they're soulmates who will always find each other no matter what era and what universe it is. *dreamy sigh* I could still remember how immersed I was into the story that I didn't want it to end, it's like I'm watching an actual movie in my mind and pictured everything so vividly. If only I could draw T^T

The worldbuilding and lore in this story is so freaking GOOD ugh!! Like I was new to cyberpunk au as I'm not really familiar with it but the way author wrote it, I find myself immerse into the story and got so hooked on it.
The way author wrote their love and characterization made me fall in love with them so much that I could literally FEEL the love, idk how to explain but they have a way of making me literally know and feel how much adora and catra love each other and how protective they are for the other, and like so so much. The angst was written so well, the smut where it's so intimate and intense but at the same time vulnerable and soft as well. And how adora's disability as well as catra's were just there and not the main focus of the entire story. The way the time jump of the past and present also written in a way that I can understand which I appreciate so well cuz it's not easy to do. And I especially love how every scenes have connection with each other like adora love to bake cuz of mara and Razz being catra's grandma and mara's most trusted person is actually catra's mom and the talk about the home they always wanted after the war ;')
I find myself occasionally coming back to reread the story and I still find myself smiling and crying at the last scene because all of the angst and pain brings them to having a beautiful family at the end <3

And then it happens, unfairly out of the blue and startlingly sudden. With Princess Prom swarming Brightmoon with too many people, Catra sneaks away to somewhere still and quiet as contraction pains begin - which would be alarming at the best of times, if it weren’t for the fact she didn’t even know she was pregnant. Or that she even could be.
(This has been a mind worm of mine since I finished the show. I told myself I wasn't actually going to write it, and then I did. Basically the show 'I didn't know I was pregnant' but for Catradora. Please excuse the biology its magic land, things are flexible.)

Personally, I want to named this author as the one who wrote the best pregnancy fic ever!! The plot is so fascinating when I first read it back then because like how can one really wrote accidental pregnancy w/o even knowing it UNTIL the baby was being born!! But they made it work and it's so beautiful!!
The softness and LOVE been portray in the story and the characters were written so beautifully. My heart keep melting from all the cuteness and softness and it still give me butterflies now even though I have reread it so many times. Just a lovely and beautiful and soft pregnancy fic (and ofc the sweet bonus of proposal scene as well) <3
I love the other rest of the catradora fic from the author as well!! The characterization is always done so well, the oblivious lesbian yearning and even more pregnancy fic and adopting fic. Just love their work so much!!

I don't normally trust when a someone recommended some of the most famous fic in the fandom because there's always some problem in it but bcuz ppl said that it's famous, everyone immeidately thought that the characterization in the fic is accurate. Srsly that is all BS. Anyway this is the only exceptional fic tho (except for the allegedly noelle one), because like if you haven't read this fic then I would literally say please go read it because you will not regret it.
The slowburn, the characterization, the dynamic, the plot, the meet(hate)-cute, the little angst, everything was just so prefect and right!! And it's so unique as well, cuz like I've never read a concept like this until I came across this and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! This fic will always hold a special place in my heart <3

ngl this was actually the first fic I've read in this fandom and that it could most possibly be written by noelle wow and didn't wanna brag but yeah I read it before knowing it was them so I hit the jackpot lol. anyway I remember how when I read this, it was like emerging into a whole new world because everything is just so tender and soft and the angst is so brilliantly done. I remember being so fucking awed because like is this even real? like who tf wrote this beautiful masterpiece? and who tf could came out with such beautiful hc because I absolutely LOVE everything about catra here. and how this is the first time I could finally feel adora's love for catra. and like you could literally see how close they were, how natural they were with each other, how caring- because despite it all, they were each other's truest friend, they grew up together, they knew each other like no one else and I COULD FELT IT UGH. I don't think any fic can top this fic ever and like no fucking wonder.

I've always been wanting to read fic or story about Catra's electrocuted scar/pain and this story really hurts so good. I love the hurt/comfort, the characterization of Catra and Adora being able to overcome it (not completely but slowly) together after the amount of guilty and self-pitying. Ugh my eng sucks! I wish I could word it better but this is just such a beautiful fic. I will find myself rereading it whenever I need a good hurt/comfort fic. <3

For a person like me who dislike sport but would GALDLY jump onto any sport au because it's so damn exciting and thrilling. I remember how I was literally jumping around and can't even sit still when I was reading this fic and even cheer out loud when the team win. Yeah, it was that AMAZING!! I love all of the characters so much and the teamwork is just so well written. The flirting, the sexual tension, the budding love, the slow burn (even tho they're already literally married before they even dated), the patient & understanding & support between them and as well as with the other characters are all just so beautiful. Mind I add, Catra is so damn smart and Adora being the buff jock just make them the hottest couple ever, phew. So far, the only sport au I enjoy so much in this fandom!!!

I am ABSOLUTELY weak for mommas catradora and I love how this focus on the difference when a Magicat got pregnant because it's not same as human at all. The playful banter and the gentle love and care between them just made me so soft *squeals* and I can't stop smiling the entire time. And of course, the silliness when Adora doesn't know what's going on but the insecurity and hurt/comfort was so on point too and handled it very well. Overall, wholesome and soft!!

It's like I'm watching such a phenomenal movie in my head and I can't stop thinking about it even when I'm not reading it. IT'S THAT AMAZING!! It made me immerse to this story so deeply that I forget about the real world and I even forget how this is not canon ssksks
I could literally picture everything vividly (tho maybe not that accurate) and there's even bg music or soundtrack going through my mind. I've reread this few times already and I love the character arc, the character development, and I LOVE BOTH ADORA AND CATRA SO MUCH IN THIS AU!! Let me take a moment and composed myself. Okay, I don't even know where to start and how to express my feelings. This is by far the most beautifully written royalty and fairytale au story ever. The words that use to describe their emotion, their feelings, their joy, and love just keeps making my heart swelled and soared. I'd cried so hard and laughed and smiled throughout it all. Even the side pairing is all so beautifully done and I started to ship all of them. This is also by far the most beautiful slow burn story ever too where it felt so natural and not rushing at all. I could imagined everything so vividly and I'd clung to them all with my heart and memory. I'll surely find myself coming back to this story in the future and reread it again and again.
