"You saved my life," Todoroki says.
Izuku freezes. Then he looks up. Todoroki Shouto is staring at him, his eyes calm but wide, dust and soot all over his face. His perfect, handsome face. He's more beautiful in person than Izuku could have imagined.
"You just saved all of us," Todoroki says again. "What's your name?"
"M-Midoriya," Izuku chokes out. "Midoriya Izuku."

Midoriya Izuku is a university sophomore, a fanboy, quirkless. On the list of things he is not: a hero.
That's why he's more surprised than anyone when he rescues Todoroki Shouto, his favorite pro hero, from a deadly villain attack. His actions fling him into the media spotlight, grabbing the attention of the entire country, including Todoroki himself. But Todoroki actually wants to get to know him past the headlines.
Izuku finds himself living a story straight out of a fairy tale, one where the mysterious, handsome prince is played by the real-life superhero he has always admired. But Izuku is convinced he's the ugly duckling, not the swan; could he ever be remarkable enough to get his happily ever after?

Summary
The conclusion Minho has come to after nights spent thinking of wavy brown hair when he spaces out during Jeongin’s kids shows, days spent with his eyes skimming the beach for a glimpse of honey skin, is that humans have an interest in the unknown.
Jisung is a new character in his day to day, the first in ages, ever since Hyeju got hired as a lifeguard. Jisung is pretty and he’s from the mainland but he seems to be setting up a life here, and Minho knows nothing about him besides his name. His brain has inexplicably latched onto a weaved story, a routine thing he and Hyunjin do, because humanity craves to learn more about the unknown.
The Jisung in his head is separate from the Jisung on the beach, though they look the same. A temporary annoyance, a psychological torment.
(OR: Minho, left to care for his younger brother after his parents death, works to make ends meet and doesn't have time for distractions. Jisung, a free-spirited and very distracting surfer, moves to town and turns Minho's world on it's head.)

“His eyes immediately found Minho’s across the field. It was like a k-drama, the way Minho’s wide, surprised eyes took in Jisung’s costumed form as Jisung shyly stared back at him. Jisung could practically hear the swelling instrumental in the background.
Minho didn’t seem to be put off at all by Jisung’s attire as he continued to stare, open-mouthed. If anything, Jisung thought he looked a little awed (though maybe that was just what he wanted to see).
It was perfect.
Or, at least, it was–until Minho got drilled in the stomach by a soccer ball.”

Summary
It isn’t before Will is inside Mike’s two-bedroom apartment for the first time that Mike realizes a part of him had expected the world to implode as soon as he stepped past the threshold, as if Will’s presence in Mike’s apartment would trigger some sort of ancient curse or something.
The world doesn’t implode. But it’s a strangely sobering feeling, having this person who used to know everything about him, who used to practically live in his house, eye the wall decorations and the furniture with none of that age-old familiarity.

“That’s my step brother Will,” El said from somewhere next to Mike, her voice pulling him out of the trance he had found himself in. “He got me the job here, among other things.”
“They look great together,” he replied softly, trying to keep the disappointment from seeping into his voice. Mike knew that not everyone was like him, but that didn’t mean it didn’t hurt when he saw someone he couldn’t have.
“Yeah,” El said, sounding just as breathless as Mike felt. “You’d think they were a couple, right?”
At that, Mike turned to her in near disbelief. “Aren’t they?”
El looked back at him with a knowing glint in her eyes. “They’ve always been just friends.”

Mike's in for another bummer summer at some stupid resort his family dragged him to when he becomes wrapped up in the responsibilities - and the arms - of a group of staff who are in desperate need of his help. Who knows...maybe he'll end up having the time of his life.

“I don’t think that it has to mean that you’re into guys,” Lucas says. His words are accompanied by a casual shrug, and said in the tone of someone who has clearly already given this subject some thought. Will doesn’t know what to do with that information. Jump from a building, maybe. “I mean, we’d all get flustered if Spider-Man carried us in his arms.”
Mike points to him enthusiastically. “Thank you, Lucas.”
Dustin looks between the two of them, his eyes narrowed.
“...Would we?”
“Sure,” Mike concludes. “He’s attractive. That’s not a weird thing to think.”
Will just barely resists the urge to bang his head against the table. He feels Dustin’s eyes glued to his burning face, and sinks even further down his chair.
In which Mike tells Spider-Man that he has a crush on his best friend, and Will jumps to some very wrong conclusions.

Will is definitely not qualified to be giving out any relationship advice. For one, he's never actually dated anyone before. Second, one of the people in said relationship is his sister. And third, the other person is the guy he's sort of in love with. There's no possible way this could backfire. Right?

“Oh.” Will really wants to kiss him. “Well, I do.”
Mike beams. “Good.”
“Good,” Will echoes, feeling at a loss for what to say, but it doesn’t seem to matter when Mike’s grin only widens, and then his hands are on Will again, like they always seem to be, lately, and Will has no protests when they’re only a few inches away from each other.
Mike has been acting strange, and, if Will didn't know any better, he'd almost think Mike was flirting with him.
Thankfully, he knows better.

He actually really enjoys this position–that is, until the president of the zine informs him that he has to review his least favorite band on this earth: The Fellowship of the Ring.
At least his incredibly attractive neighbor in his U.S. history class is gonna go with him on the assignment, right?
Or: A music snob and the frontman of his most-hated local band walk into a bar for a date. It’s either the beginning of a really good joke or a really shitty love story.
