Summary
It’s grounding, coming together again as a couple after sharing a bed with Lex. Not as a means of erasing him, but of reasserting their connection, a reminder that there’s still room for Clark and Lana in the newly forming landscape of Clark and Lana and Lex. They don’t mention it – not while toweling off, or getting dressed, or taking the elevator downstairs – but Clark knows there will be moments of Lana and Lex, just as there will be moments of Clark and Lex.
After the escalating Senate race splashes Clark's sexuality across tabloid headlines, after Clark and Lana and Lex talk things out, then move beyond talking, Clark is left to deal with the aftermath. What does he tell his folks about this unorthodox relationship he's building? And what does he finally decide to tell Lex and Lana about his other secret?

A fully fledged 22-episode rewrite - the same overall season arc, but very different individual episodes, character arcs, more character development, etc. All the things we wanted to see in Season 2 and which we didn't get - and keeping all the stuff we did like! This is about as shippy as the season 1 of the show, which means that there are plenty of moments for each and every ship you hope to see, but it's primarily gen.
