Notes:
William doesn't usually wear a lab coat when performing his experiments, but I decided to give him one here.
This piece was made using the Mega Anime Avatar Maker by Rinmaru Games. I added and altered a few things in this piece using Microsoft Paint. I added the effects of the electric shock and student screaming. I changed the hands to white so that he's wearing his examination gloves (this part took the most time). I also added buttons to his shirt just for an added minor detail. I quite like how this image turned out.
