AITA for burning origami left on my desk?

ok so for context I (25M) work in an office, its a small business but we have clients constantly coming through and basically seeing whats on our desks. And my fuckass coworker B (31M) keeps leaving shit tons of origami horses on my desk knowing i absolutely despise them. 

And i mean he leaves like 10-15 at a time with other origami stuff and it makes my desk look very unprofessional, so i take all of this paper and burn it. (EDIT: I USE THE SMOKING AREA ON THE ROOF IM NOT SETTING OF SMOKE ALARMS) However i dont like completely wasting it every time so i make drawings that i leave on his desk in return as revenge.

So like aita for making him seem as unprofessional as me?

Edit: some clarifications, i burn them on the roof, no this isnt flirting, no our boss isnt really aware of this im just fussy on presentation

Edit 2: IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT IM DRAWING ON THE PAPER also they do lowkey have our company name on them so i cant if i dont wanna dox myself

TIFU by leaving origami horses on my coworkers desk

Okok so for starters I (31M) have been working with my coworker B (25M) for several months and we’ve been having a passive aggressive exchange of origami horses id leave on his desk and he’d make a drawing using the ashes. But today i learnt from a mutual friend/coworker that B is terrified of horses?? Like he has some actual trauma surrounding them. 

What do i do? Do i put origami penguins on his desk? Write an apology?

How do address one of my coworkers smoking problem?

Ok so for context: I run a small office of people, and its all good vibes and there's no outright hostility towards any single coworker. I have worked very hard to ensure that people are welcome to take mental health sick leave and encourage them to use their pto. 

However, one of my workers has recently started visiting the smoking area on the roof. This man is not a smoker and there has been no decline in his workflow and the quality of what he’s handing in to me. 

Should i send him an email asking if he needs a few days off for something? Or recommend a therapists office?

Edit: hes just burning origami…. I now need to offer different mental health consults….  thanks to all who pointed out the smell that smokes would have

Got revenge on the horse origami coworker

I work in an office and have recently had a disagreement with a coworker about the origami he was leaving on my desk. I was burning it in the smoking area on the roof but my boss has asked me kindly to not do that (he got hella concerned plus I was smelling of smoke which was worse than the original mess on my desk). 

He also asked me to not leave origami on my coworkers desk in return and he’s spoken to my coworker about not leaving it on mine. It was a quiet Wednesday when all this went down and we had nearly everything wrapped up for the week. I wanted to do something with the origami I still have sat in a box under my desk, plus the coworker that was leaving origami on my desk just looked at me smugly as he knew i had a box of folded paper. 

I checked a couple of phrasings my boss had in an email so everything was in writing, and it only banned the making of origami, not paper crafts. 

So in a last ditch attempt of revenge i checked to see if using glue and tape would still make it count as origami, it does not. 

I then spent 20 minutes unfolding all of the paper horses and refolded them into penguins, using glue and tape to keep some folds in place. I spoke to our IT guy and he had some spare wire that was about to get thrown out so i decided to link all of these penguins with one another, albeit poorly, so they’d all slide off if you lifted it from anywhere but the two end points. 

I left them on my coworkers desk. He knew it was me instantly, picked them up and i got to laugh as he slowly found out that i had glued the paper together so i could to make this mess and it not be against our boss’s email earlier this week. 

He ended up throwing them out the office window after they fell all over the floor. 

The following monday we get an email that all paper crafts were banned during office hours. 

TLDR: i got origami banned, glued it so it didnt count and then paper crafts got banned

Edit: i know i did wrong, i knew paper crafts would get banned if i did that, my boss finds this funny and that paper had to be shredded either way. My coworker and i were forced to clean up the street penguins so there wasnt any litter.

FlashForge 3D Printer Troubleshooting

Ok so i recently picked up this 3d printer but every time i try to print something its coming out weird and breaking before it fully prints? Pictures are attached but like i’ve tried a new base plate, ordered the brand specific fillament (right type and size). 

I have to use flash forge’s slicer but im using thingyverse for my models

Edit: took your guys’s advice and cleaning the nozzle worked cheers guys

How do i tell if its hate or a crush?

Aight guys who stalk my account, you may be right. 

For those who dont know i (25M) fucking hate my coworker B (31M) because he would cover my desk in origami horses that i would then burn. This whole revenge saga is over as our boss banned paper crafts in the office. I should also add that I am a straight man (unsure after this) and I have no clue if B is gay or not. 

Tonight we went out to an office event. Everyone was having fun and we were celebrating a really big win for our small company. They were serving drinks and B had a little bit too much and ended up very tipsy. I was staying sober for the night because i was planning on driving home, so i ended up looking after him. 

B started to get really tired and was insistent on teaching me how to make an origami crane and like i didn't know how to feel? He was sat next to me and was guiding my hands (albeit badly) but like he was being so nice while saying something about being sorry for the horses. Idk i wasn't really paying attention to that bc my heart was so loud and when he leaned into me i swear it stopped??

I ended up trying to drive him home but had no clue where he lived so i drove him back to mine and a mutual coworker messaged one of his housemates saying where he was. This coworker/friend was also a few too many drinks in so i can understand why he didn't forward an address.

He slept on my bed while i took the couch and im lying here trying to understand what my feelings are. I definitely like women so i cant be gay, can i?

So yeah, do i hate my coworker or am i gay for him?

Ty for the support guys, i didn't realise liking both genders existed, i think bisexual fits me really well but im going to do more research when i have the time. I dont think i’ll be confessing to him anytime soon though, i dont wanna jump straight into things because we havent even really had the best friendship.

I fell for my coworker by getting drunk at a work event

For context before i get lectured in the comments, no i was not indecently drunk and drinks were being served at this event so I was fine drinking them, i was just too tipsy to drive. 

A while back i posted something here about accidentally bringing up my coworkers (25M) trauma via origami horses, turns out the guy had an indescribable hatered for them that stems from trauma so ive been leaving penguins on his desk instead. Gonna stick with calling this guy B for the sake of this story. 

Basically what happened was I had planned on grabbing a taxi home so i was able to have a few drinks. What ended up happening was after a couple of rounds I ended up getting clingy with some of my coworkers. One of them (S, 41M) was my best friend of several years but the other coworker was B. I'm guessing i was trying to sort of piss him off but we somehow ended up sat down as i taught him origami - i still have the crane from last night so i know im not losing it.

Anyways B ends up offering to drive me home but because i am such a lightweight i ended up falling asleep on the drive home, so B didn't know where to go. He ended up taking me to his apartment he shares with another coworker of ours and had me sleep in his bed while he took the couch.and like in the morning he cooked me breakfast?? 

And like to top this all off he was so fucking hot while doing so, like i woke up and just saw him stood in a kitchen making me pancakes shirtless. 

Idk what to do about this because surely this broke some form of HR code of conduct

Im home now, my housemate says that S messaged them with the heads up that i was sleeping over at B’s place so they werent worried but like?? Am i about to get into trouble HR for this?? Is B???

Im def not gonna be making any complaints

Lesson learnt: dont even start drinking at a work function, you can end up falling for a coworker you hate

Edit: S had already gone home (driven by his housemate) and B called him not knowing what to do and my housemate was asleep. S just didnt get my address to foreward it to B. It was a whole deal

I am ok with how this panned out i just feel really awful if i made B uncomfortable last night with how clingy i was. Also the clinginess was more like leaning into and holding onto their arms, nothing sexual or anythin.

• Ok so theres a handful of little cottages on one of the upper plateaus of the mountain, i recommend calling them and book a whole weekend thing, its really cheap but my god it was a fun trip with my wife last year. Heres the site

• Totally recommend the red dotted line trail on the area’s official trail site!! A good four hour hike my family and i did a couple years back

• Oh ive been waiting for something like this!! For some of your easier hiking trails look at the lake loops and such because they’re really nice loops with some cool scenery plus picnic benches. If you want some longer hikes i’d def recommend driving around to the southern side and go to the waterfalls there!!
