Summary
This story follows Elijah Fischer, a human freshman in the state of Texas navigating through his life in an alternate history America during the height of the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the United States. When school starts in Texas again, he discovers he shares three classes with a Caribbean Reef Shark by the name of Isabella Díaz. He then soon discovers she is an immigrant from Cuba, whose family fled to the states in search for a better life. With the two now hanging out with each other, they must come to terms that not everything in their secluded world is perfect.
The story will follow from a third person perspective, describing the life of both Eli and Izzy in both high school and in adulthood through major 'timeskips' in chapters. You’ll get to see both sides having to confront personal, cultural and political problems from their opposing worlds and hopefully find common ground… perhaps even something more.

To obtain the justice they seek, Martin and Namo must pursue Afzal's trail in a harrowing game of cat and mouse and thwart the looming specter of Penelopeia's bloody history that threatens to rear its ugly head once again. All the while, the pair must contend with their evolving feelings toward one another, as they journey across the planet seeking a justice far more vast than the human and faun comprehend.

Going through all of this old documentation again, I've been finding myself thinking back on things. I know you are moving up the chain soon, and leaving Site 45 behind, so this might be one of my last chances to say this.
I owe a lot to you sir, after what happened in Korea. You let me take the reins when it came to containment, you trusted me, and even though things weren't perfect by any definition of the word, you still stuck your neck out for me after it all. I won't forget that. I might be the subject matter expert on 1471, but you're the one who kept my head above water when the Council came knocking. (Small notice for new/returning readers. As of June 15, I want to return to this story and fix some things. As I've been writing Endless Skies, I've learned some stuff and now know a bit more about writing than I did when I first started. I only want to go through and change some sentences here and there that don't quite make sense or remove stuff that just doesn't fit well. I'll leave a little comment in the author's note of each chapter, saying when I updated that specific chapter, but I want to focus on ES, so I'll repolish BoP as I get to it.)
