Summary

Reigen, now alone again, begins to spiral. He soon falls back on bad habits, but after a brutal attack by an evil spirit leaves him torn between a dream world and reality, he realises he needs help. Serizawa experiences a mild crisis when he realizes that his boss, the owner of a company primarily focused on exorcisms, doesn’t have any spiritual powers. He’s forced to reflect on his professional role in light of this, while also grappling with his personal feelings. Rated T for mental health issues.
Since this fic is centered around Serizawa, I posted it during Serizawa Week 2025. Day 1: Work/Night time. It’s a fic focused on work, so it counts. I originally started writing it about a month ago, so it was a coincidence that it was finished on March 25th.
