One day, Topaz comes in with a white-haired girl tagging along behind her, and the first thing Aventurine says is, “there’s no way you could have had a kid since the last time I saw you.”
aka, the one where Aventurine is finally sort-of settling into his 'new' life, except there are café shenanigans, (kinda?)lovers'-tiffs, a child who needs him, maybe a little bit more trauma to unpack, and a whole two-persons' worth of memories for him to sift through - not necessarily in that order.

Summary
Contrary to popular belief related to all fantasy-esque genres, Aventurine does not die in the typical truck-related collision in order to get catapulted into another reality. Nor does he die in a horrific accident that involves wires sparking or, even worse, choking on food.
But here he is; the world, irreversibly changed. Different and new, but not wholly unfamiliar.
[Starlit Odyssey] is a web-novel that he hasn’t read since early childhood, and it’s only to a coworker’s offhanded comment that he’s reminded of its existence. He wasn't an avid fan or a fuming critic. He was barely a reader.
So why is Aventurine stuck playing the role of a major antagonist (that coincidentally shares his name) doomed by the narrative instead of some unimportant side character?!

Or, it’s only fair that Aventurine gets a turn to be transmigrated into HSR.

These were the scathing reviews Veritas left regarding the novel called 'My Alpha Emperor,' proclaimed to be one of the most well-written books of all times, with a perplexing rate of 8.7 out of 10.
Veritas was frustrated by the tragic fate met by Aventurine who was his favorite character— so frustrated that the Universe heard his pleas and decided to put him in that very same novel he absolutely despised.

Summary
Without fail, Ratio finds him after every project, at every bar and casino. He drags Aventurine back to his hotel or penthouse, plying him with water and food until Aventurine is almost eating three meals a day.
Each night, Aventurine is lulled to sleep by Ratio’s irritated scolding, and every morning, he wakes to a tall glass of water and hangover pills on his nightstand, with breakfast pre-made and waiting in the fridge.
One night, after Ratio leaves, Aventurine coughs. It must be allergies.
