Summary
Morpheus is the chief navigator of the starship The Dreaming, gifted with the ability to connect to the sapient ship; when he's not with the ship, he's with his friends and loves, Hob and Jessamy. One day, a routine supply mission goes horribly awry, the other navigators necessary for piloting the ship incapacitated and leaving the ship stranded far from home with no one to help. Summary
Usually he doesn't get this deep into it. He always enjoys himself, enjoys his job, but it is rare these days that it cranks him up like this Dream has. But there is something about this creature that calls to him. Perhaps it is because Hob has always had such vivid dreams? But honestly, this was a foundational concept of the universe, the anthromorphization of the collective unconscious of all worlds, so it wouldn’t surprise Hob if every creature and every thing felt connected to him.
The information about the Lord of Dreams and King of Nightmares that had been made available to Hob before they met was uncharacteristically sparse.

Hob (also known as H-013-G) is a 600-year old pleasure service android owned by a human called John Dee. Summary
A domestic fluff scene involving Dream, Hob, and a fishbowl... in space.
Dream stands not a foot away from him, leaning nonchalantly against the back of a pearl-blue fainting couch with curved gold legs."Is this not how things are done? You said that this" he makes a wide gesture with his arm,”is what you would like to see.”
"Done in stories about alien abductions maybe. And me in nothing but my boxers on top of that." Hob says a little too fast, still recovering from surprise.
"It is not my fault that you go to bed in such a state of undress. Besides, it could be easily remedied." He cocks his head, his voice changing more into a purr. He gives a pointed look to Hob's boxers. Hob loves how confident Dream has gotten around him. So much so that he mostly doesn't ask if he can remove Hob's clothes. He knows that he has Hob's enthusiastic ongoing consent for that. The offending item of clothing dissolves into sand which trickles over his sex and in between his legs, caressing him like silk, albeit briefly.

Summary
Dream was recently married via proxy as part of a business agreement between the Endless corporation (which controls most of the Milky Way) and the Nine Muses conglomerate (which dominates Andromeda). Savvy business move though it was, he is uncertain about his feelings for his new bride, especially when compared to the connection he'd forged with his final fling, before the details of the merger had been finalized. Still, Dream is one of the Endless, and he knows his duty. He is on his way to Cassiopeia to meet his wife in person when his ship is hailed by a pirate vessel. And not just any pirate ship, but the notorious White Horse.
There is a very real possibility that Dream will not survive the encounter.
