Summary
Hesitantly, he presses a trembling hand to the glass.
The entire universe is spread out underneath his finger tips, hundreds upon hundreds of stars swirling in constellations he doesn't know, a melting pot of dazzling colors, vivid pinks and deep blues, swatches of yellow and green.
If he squints, he can make out planets. Tiny little dots, hardly bigger than the nail on his pinky finger. That little grey one must be Lestea, the trade moon they just left, but the others? he has no idea.
One of them must be earth. How ironic is that he's the first human to ever leave the Milky Way Galaxy, and all he wants to do is go back home?
(In other words; After rescuing Tommy, sbi and co. embark on a roadtrip through the Esempi Galaxy to return him to his home planet, Earth. They make a few pit stops, piss off some shopkeepers, make some strange friends, and learn how to be family along the way)

“I just thought— I don’t know. I guess you seemed… scared. Of me.”
Siren sighs. One hand comes up to his face, and Tommy freezes. No. Don’t take your mask off. I can’t look at you, not now.
But the villain just runs a hand through his hair, letting out a shuddering breath. “You… you kinda changed? I swear, you’re acting so different, Toms. I just don’t know what happened.”
That’s my line, Tommy’s heart mumbles. That’s my hell.
But his mouth manages to shape the words, even if his heart refuses to believe them.
“No. Nothing happened.”

On the rooftop sat a boy who couldn’t be a day over fifteen. His legs swung off the edge, lazily thudding against the bricks in time to the song. He leaned back on his palms as he stared into the sky. With the building lights faintly glowing behind him, his blond-white hair framed his face like a halo.
“An angel,” Wilbur breathed, unsure of what else to do.

Tommy Innit lives in Dream's Magic House, a dramatic production that shows off magic that is slowly becoming extinct. Dream has chosen to take care of Tommy, but his rules make living at the Magic House a nightmare. When a certain rich family takes notice of Tommy, he finds a place he can truly call home.
