인연 (inyeon) represents the idea of a meaningful human connection. It describes how people's souls can be destined to meet, and form a connection sometimes romantic, sometimes not, sometimes somewhere in between.

Stray kids were destined to come together. It is written that their souls are intertwined in this universe and the next. When they are together, their souls are at peace, and they know that whatever they face, they can face it together.

This series started from the first part and grew from there. Each part can be read as a standalone and will make sense, but they all exist in the same universe and all interconnect slightly if you want to read them all together. They are also not in chronological order at all.
