The pressure's been mounting for Jamie since Zava's arrival. The extra trainings with Roy were helping him channel that into something helpful, but anytime Jamie was alone with his thoughts, he spiraled. He couldn't sleep. Couldn't focus. He was so in his head that he couldn't see things clearly and was tearing himself apart about every little mistake. He was so damn tired.

Isaac, Colin, Jamie, and Sam are involved in a car accident on a remote road. The car rolls down an embankment leaving most of them injured. Isaac is unscathed and takes control, helping his injured teammates back up to the road where they would hopefully find help.
