See, Martyn's got plenty of bite marks under his shirt, but none of them ever deep enough that he's been sure they'd scar (aside from Ren's old ones) and none out in the open. Martyn likes being able to see them, trace his fingertips over the divots in his skin.
He's been content to keep them hidden so far, but he really, really wants to have a visible Mumbo scar. He wants to be unable to look at his arm— his right arm, the ones he uses the most, that he'll be looking at multiple times a day— without thinking of him. Like a far more permanent wedding ring. Isn't that a thought?
