Marigold was a prostitute, along with her five stray vampire spawn sisters, for lack of a better word. Although she prefers ‘dangerous and exotic performing monkey’. She danced and performed to entertain, day and night in the same scummy underground building for over a hundred years.
However, after the attack of the Absolute cult was taken out, there have been changes. Small at first, clients speaking in more hushed tones as if afraid and one name was mentioned more and more often, a new partiar Lord Ancunin, not knowing who to trust they never spoke in detail. Then regular clients began disappearing all together. Most of which Marigold would laugh as they burned in a fire but things were off and she had a hunch something was coming.
And sure enough something did come, in the form of the building above them getting demolished and causing the ceiling of theirs to collapse exposing them to the sky for the first time in over a century.

It was dark when she woke up in a room full of tomes and glass vials. Someone had been dismembered and thrown throughout the room, someone she knew but couldn't quite remember. Her thoughts were scrambled and hazy, constantly being infiltrated by the pain of hunger in her stomach.
Cazador feels like his little family is missing something, a pet of course. He seems to have stumbled upon a rather rare specimen at the slave auction one night and decides to buy her. A creature with vampirism and lycanthropy? Even better! She will make a loyal doggy once she's been trained up a bit by Gody.
“Would you like to give her a name?”
“Marigold. She will make such a lovely pet.”
Or: Cazador buys a supposed werepire at auction thinking he can keep her docile with werewolf suppressant and Gody's ‘encouragement’. Little does he know what he's actually brought into his crypt. Marigold's origin if she was taken in by Cazador, lots of trauma bonding in this fic ❤️
