The All-Caste is gone, but the Untitled remain, and Jason knows they will be drawn to a city steeped in darkness and magic. He knows he has to go home. Talia al Ghul encourages him to take Damian with him, and plays a bit of matchmaker.
Jason can't go home to the Bats, but he can't let the Untitled and whatever other magical threats are out there threatening Gotham stand, and so, he will have to become the thing that terrified him most: Red Hood.
