Summary

Nick and his mother have run an acclaimed but small restaurant, 25 Seats, for the past five years. When it began to get a bit taxing on Nick handling it all alone, his mum Sarah suggested they hire in some kitchen help, which led to them hiring inexperienced Charlie Spring. Though he's a bit hapless in the kitchen at first, Charlie quickly grew to become Nick's right-hand sous. Things were looking quite good - until Nick's father announced his intention to sell the restaurant. Now Nick has to decide what direction to go in next - and whether or not he's taking Charlie along with him.

He, in return, had his life served to him on a silver platter. A set path, no need to worry about money, no need to chase his true ambitions or desires. If he had wished to stay to his path then he would have slipped through his life in a breeze, never knowing or feeling anything real.
