"It's been a while since the revolution, the androids have been finally considered as their own people, although even so, there were still many issues they would face to fully integrate into society, things still needed lots of change and the human population still was weary about the future. Some were unsure of what this meant for them, as androids could live up to 170 years, with the proper maintenance. They were no longer bound to their owners for eternity with no say or free will, but some still enjoyed the idea of being given rules and tasks, as it gave them some sort of purpose."
Hank and Connor have now been living together post-android revolution, Connor has a set job in the DPD and is a lot more respected under Hank's wing, but on the other side Gavin has to deal with his double now after Connor convinced Captain Fowler to keep the RK900 model and help out on the sudden reports of Androids found brutally dismantled on the streets with components missing.

My very first foray into fanfic AND posting any of my writing to be read by others (insert terrified writer feelings here)! I finally worked up the courage to dip my toes into this, so let's go!
Set a year after a successful Android revolution. CyberLife has turned to the manufacture and sale of replacement parts and thirium-310 to avoid total collapse, resulting in inevitable downsizing and a shake up of employment. Feelings of animosity and distrust between humans and androids still linger nationwide, and in the midst of it all, a string of jarring homicides in Detroit on the cusp of the revolution's 1 year anniversary. Different sets of victims, different methods of murder. Are they unrelated, retaliatory, or something else? Assigned to the first case, and thus dragged into the tangled web of all that follow, are Detective Reese Kennedy and her partner Nines, the reluctantly deviant RK900 android with an icy demeanor and tense relationship with his predecessor. Their partnership works, somehow, but there are details about how his particular situation came to be that the advanced model has withheld, and that may come back to bite them both over the course of their investigation.

ES800 was created around July of the year 2038, months before the start of Android's rebellion. On paper, it was designed as an improved version of PC200, with features dedicated to assisting human detectives on their assignments. Considering the circumstances of the detective it will be assigned to, its creator, Belle Fezziwig, edited its codes to prioritize the well-being of the detective it worked with. Along the same line, she modified its appearance for a slicker transition. Miss Fezziwig did not disclose the modification made on ES800 to Cyberlife till the termination of her employment.
ES800 acted as one of those projects that was destined to serve a specific purpose under its creator’s guidelines. Similar to the bloom of the Android rebellion, Belle’s decision created a chain of unforeseen reactions.
Reactions such as an inconceivable romance between an Android and its human detective.
