Summary
Ingo woke up in Rapture two or three years ago. It is now 1960, he thinks. It's hard to keep track of time without any help aside from the growth of plants. Through an attempt to access supplies in a safe, he met a supersoldier he'd heard about from an unaware Atlas, and is forced by the Irishman to accompany their antics.
Ingo just hopes that it means he'll end up somewhere better than Rapture in the end.

Summary
Fontaine scraps using Jack in his plan, coming to see him as a son. But still not willing to give up completely on getting Rapture Fontaine goes through with his Atlas play. At the same time Tenenbaum convinces Suchong to help her and take their research to the surface so they take Jack with them as they disappear in Rapture. Upon seeing Rapture fall apart Atlas decides leaving is a better idea then ruling over a city of crazies and corpses.

Long story short--Jack Ryan meets Jack Ryan.
One Jack, a giant beast of a man, is destined to find what happened to this place. He stumbles through things with blinding rage, taking down anything that stands in his path. Well, something like that. He meets Julie Langford, and then, the next thing he knows, he's standing before himself.
The other Jack, a smaller, more stressed man, is curiously admiring the city. He's in Neptune's Bounty, on his way to save Atlas' family, when suddenly, before him, stands himself! But giant! And scary!
Together, the two must find a way to Ryan's office. They need to get out of here, and they need to work together to figure a way out.

After Sam loses Dean to the hellhounds. He doesn’t know nor does he care where he goes. He investigates a case about missing girls and he accepts an invite to the rumored Underwater City of Rapture by a mysterious stranger without asking any questions.
When Dean was rescued from hell by Castiel. Bobby had no clue where Sam is and neither does Ruby who has been searching for him for weeks as well. Castiel reluctantly shows Dean where his little brother went.
Dean was shocked that his little brother Sam has changed drastically… Sam now somewhat leads the Big Daddies and Big Sisters along while guarding the Little Sisters against the Splicers and the mad scientists. He also barely remembers Dean.
